Re:Staffy is a technology-driven HR startup based in Estonia, for which we provided full-cycle digital product design between 2022 and 2024. The project included the design of both a mobile application and a web platform, developed as a scalable ecosystem for recruitment automation, workforce management, and communication between employers and candidates.

The project started with a comprehensive analytical phase focused on understanding the business model, competitive landscape, user roles and core usage scenarios. Based on this research, we built the product structure, user journeys, screen architecture and key interaction flows. Interactive prototypes were created and tested to validate critical scenarios before moving into high-fidelity design.

The visual design phase included the creation of a complete UI system with typography, color palette, layout grids and a full set of interface components. Special attention was paid to usability, clarity of interactions, reduction of cognitive load and efficient work with large volumes of data. All design decisions were made with future scalability and product expansion in mind.

The project covered both mobile and web environments with full adaptive behavior for different screen sizes and usage contexts. A structured design system was prepared and transferred to the development team to ensure visual consistency, faster implementation and easier feature scaling.

Throughout the collaboration, the product evolved through multiple stages — from early concepts and MVP to a mature commercial solution prepared for international market expansion. More information about the company and its positioning can be found on the official Re:Staffy LinkedIn page.
